What would you be doing now if you had never learnt that phrase?

Can you remember when you were a child, before you were told, taught or believed, you couldn’t do something?

At a time when you believed you could do anything.

That magical time when you were connected to who you truly are.

Not the person you are now with the head full of life-limiting thoughts and feelings you carry with you now.

Imagine learning to walk now. Gee, if you lost your balance and fell over as much as you did as a child, you would be convinced walking was something you couldn’t do!

How quickly would you give up if you had to learn how to read, write, and count from knowing nothing about any of it?

How easily would you believe the “I can’t do that” thought?

The truth is, you are the same amazing human you were before you learnt the phrase you picked up and used as an excuse to stop trying.

Put it down.

Let it go.
