For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and organisations to navigate challenge, develop emotional maturity, and transform how they work from the inside out.My background spans leadership development, culture transformation, coaching, mentoring, and people development across a wide range of industries.

MY JOURNEY INTO LEADERSHIP & HUMAN TRANSFORMATION

I’ve spent many years immersed in understanding how people think, communicate, and connect and how these inner patterns shape the success of an organisation.

Early in my career, I built and ran a successful business for over a decade, which gave me firsthand insight into: the pressures leaders face, the emotional demands of responsibility, the importance of communication and trust the realities of team dynamics and customer experience.

Later, my deep interest in human behaviour led me into professional training in therapeutic and coaching approaches. Coaching resonated with me most, its creativity, its depth, and its ability to transform people in real-time.
